Blender 3D web plug-in

Blender 3D web plug-in The X3D ISO standard defines a runtime system and delivery mechanism for real time 3D content and applications running on a network. It supports several file format encodings and programming languages, Blender 3D web plug-in providing unsurpassed interoperability for 3D data and significant flexibility in manipulating, communicating and displaying scenes interactively. X3D incorporates the Blender 3D web plug-in latest advances in graphics hardware, compression and data security to provide the best performance and visual impact in an extensible architecture that supports ongoing Blender 3D web plug-in evolution. X3D's XML-encoded scene graph enables 3D to be incorporated into web services architectures and distributed environments, facilitating the movement of 3D Blender 3D web plug-in data between applications. The Web3D Consortium has received two Blender 3D web plug-in grants from the National Library of Medicine (NLM - part of the National Institutes of Health) and the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) for a Blender 3D web plug-in total of $20K. This funding is specifically directed to support the work of the Medical Working Group to extend the X3D standard to support volumetric imaging, the type of Blender 3D web plug-in imaging commonly used in medical diagnosis and treatment. Distribution of the funds for work is available to members of the Consortium. Both NLM and TATRC Blender 3D web plug-in understand the need for interoperable imaging standards and extending X3D will enable the creation of content that can be used in a wide variety of medical systems and applications Blender 3D web plug-in such as medical education, surgical practice and planning, patient education, and many more. Pursuit of the grants was led by Mike Aratow and Sandy Ressler. Consortium members can find out more by joining the Med Working Group email list. Blender 3D web plug-in
